As a team of remote-working people, we have been lucky enough to deliver the same results as before with utmost dedication and sincerity.
Our Founders have led the team amidst this unprecedented time and extended support and care to each employee. The Sales and Marketing teams in association with all our Virtual Assistants and Consultants have worked tirelessly each day, devising unique approaches to handle the situation.
Previously operating from our offices in Gurugram and Delhi, we aren’t planning to resume our operations from our offices before at least three months to ensure the good health and safety of each individual associated with Growup. We highly value all our employees and their well-being, encouraging them to work from the comfort of their homes. 90% of our workforce includes Super-Moms who are highly skilled and have been waiting for the right opportunity to restart their careers because of the various hurdles faced in the absence of remote working.
Upholding our work ethics, we have been able to continue our work effortlessly in a situation like this because of our strong foundation. We, as a family ensures that our productivity remains intact by conducting meetings and motivational sessions through apps like Workplace, Zoom, and Slack. In times to come, we aim to reduce the carbon footprint, not only in the light of the pandemic but also to promote a healthier and greener environment.
